Pathfinders have been known to hike fast in order to cover long distances. Worst still, if there is an easier way, we still choose a more challenging one just for the fun/thrill of it.
On 24 August 2025, we have decided to join the global 'slow-XXXXX' movement. We live in a world where time is too precious; hence we now have people going for slow-food, slow-shower, slow-this, slow-that. We slowed ourselves down by picking thrash in Lata Gapi Waterfall, Selangor.
The Lata Gapi trail is relatively clean when we compared with others. But still, we think we have collected at least 10kg of thrash. We think, slightly more than half of the weight were torn soles. Lata Gapi is such an easy trail, we think many first timers / beginners got their long unworn sport shoes torn out in there 😅.
