This round we do a workout hike to the peak of Bukit Lanjan (335 metres), located near Damansara Perdana in Petaling Jaya. Bukit Lanjan forest is situated between Kota Damansara Community Forest (KDCF) and Bukit Kiara. At the peak, the trigonometrical station stands tall.

Certain sections are steep and slippery when wet – we recommend the use of hiking staff or trekking poles, and some parts of the trail has a lot of mosquitoes so joiners are requested to bring along bug repellents. This hike does not encroach into any construction sites. We also recommend hikers to bring cotton gloves and wear them when using ropes.

 
This hike is suitable for regular hikers and is not suitable for beginners (in the light of risk factors).
